Description

The coach house, now used as a garage, dates from the 18th century and is located to the north of Lutwyche Hall. It is constructed of stone rubble with a brick front gable and features a tiled roof with ashlar corbelled eaves. The building has a rectangular plan and is single storey with a loft.

On the exterior, the front gable includes a 20th-century garage opening at ground level and a boarded door to the left. There is a lunette window at the loft level fitted with a metal multi-pane casement. A boarded door on the left side is accessed by a short flight of steps. The interior has not been inspected.
