Coach-house, now garage. C18. Stone rubble with brick front gable. Tiled roof with ashlar corbelled eaves. Rectangular plan. EXTERIOR: single storey and loft. Front gable with C20 ground-floor garage opening and boarded door to left. Lunette window at loft level with metal multi-pane casement. To left side is boarded door reached by short flight of steps. INTERIOR: not inspected.
