Description

No. 13 Arthur Street is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the late 18th century and has seen some later additions and alterations. The building is constructed of red brick and features a pyramidal slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and has a three-window front, with glazing bar sashes that have segmental heads. The upper centre window is blind and painted to imitate a sash. The entrance is located in the third bay from the right and consists of a 20th-century half-glazed door with a rectangular overlight and a segmental head. On the left return, there are two blind segmental-headed openings on each floor.
