Description

Yorkshire House Public House is a former inn located on St Mary's Place in Shrewsbury. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of brick with a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and features a three-window range. To the left, there is a doorway framed by a moulded architrave topped with a pedimented hood. The windows are 12-pane sash style, with 6-pane windows in the attic, all featuring flat-arched stuccoed heads. The building has a parapet at the eaves and a stack on the right-hand coped gable.
