Barn approximately 10 metres to north-west of Coed-yr-hendre Farmhouse (formerly listed as Barn at Coed-yr-hendre)

Barn. C15 or C16 with Cl7 and probably C18 alterations and additions. Weatherboarded timber frame with coursed limestone rubble plinth and walls to south; corrugated iron roof. five framed bays, aligned north-south. Framing: square panels, three up to wall plate. East front: two square pitching openings to right, three boarded doors, and pair of large C20 boarded waggon doors off-centre to left; loft openings in gable ends.

Interior: Two full-cruck trusses to south, that to south probably former end-truss with tie-beam, and collars with holes for wattles on undersides and struts between; that to north more altered with tie-beam and collar, and evidence of former arched-bracing (see mortices and peg-holes); two tie-beam trusses to north with raking queen struts; collar and tie-beam end truss to south with queen struts and V-struts; pairs of chamfered purlins; lofts in centre and end bays.
