Description

This is a headstone commemorating Jane Walker, who died in 1728. It is located one metre south of the porch of the Church of St John the Baptist in Hope Bagot. The headstone dates from the early 18th century and is made of ashlar. It features a rectangular slab set vertically with a double ogee-shaped top that has foliate decoration above a plain inscribed panel.
