Description

Number 1 Bourton Road is a Regency-style building dating from 1954. It is constructed of painted brick and features two storeys plus an attic. The façade includes three casement windows and one moulded wood bay window. There is a panelled door topped with a moulded wood weather-hood supported by wrought-iron brackets, along with a later porch on the right-hand side. The roof has two dormers that break above the eaves, and a semi-circular window is located at the centre. The building also has sprocket eaves and is covered with tiles.
