Description

This is a bridge built in 1866 that carries a farm track over a railway constructed in 1853. It features brick piers along with a steel and cast-iron structure. The bridge has splayed approach walls on each side, supported by brick retaining walls. There are ashlar string courses and weathered coping, with raised stone pyramid-coped piers at each end of the walls. The steel girders include a date plaque that reads 'BRYMBO 1866'. Additionally, there is a cast-iron balustrade with closely spaced arcaded balusters.
