Description
The building is a veterinary surgery and garage located on College Hill, originally two houses, with the main structure dating from the late 18th century and the garage likely from the late 16th century. The garage is timber-framed with brick infill and has a plain tiled roof, while the main building is constructed of brick and also features a plain tiled roof. The main range is two storeys high with a three-window range and has inserted doors on the ground floor. To the right, there is an earlier lower block framed in square panels, which also has inserted doors on the ground floor and a loading door above.
