Description

No. 24 Chapel Street is an early 19th-century red brick cottage featuring a stone plinth. It has a low-pitched slate hipped roof with moulded eaves and stands two storeys tall. The cottage has a two-window range and three-light asbestos windows on the ground floor, which have plain lintels. The central doorcase is adorned with thin pilasters, console brackets, a cornice, a blind semi-circular fanlight, and a glazed door. This building is included for its group value.
