Description

No 17 on Chapel Street is an early 19th-century red brick house. It features a concrete tile roof with gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The building has three storeys and three bays. The windows are sash type with glazing bars and have plain stone lintels. There is a continuous cill band on the first floor. The central doorway is pilastered and includes an entablature, a rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, and a panelled door. Brick chimney stacks are located at the gable ends.
