Stable Block And Coach House Approximately 15 Metres To North West Of High Hatton Hall

The stable block and coach house, located approximately 15 metres northwest of High Hatton Hall, are farm buildings that date from the late 17th century but were largely rebuilt in the mid-18th century. The structure is made of red brick with a timber-framed core and features a plain tile roof. The framing at the rear consists of small square panels, with four panels extending from the sole plate to the wall plate. The building is one storey with a loft and has a parapeted gable end to the south. The right gable is flush and includes a boarded loft door, while there is a central boarded loft door as well. Late 19th-century segmental-headed wooden casements and slatted windows are present, along with segmental-headed boarded doors and a central pair of large boarded doors. The gable end to the south features a blind circular opening and a gabled bellcote.
