Description

This is a cast-iron pump located approximately 2 meters north-west of the north-west front of Garmston House. It dates from the mid- to late 19th century and is made of painted cast-iron. The pump features a plain shaft with a splayed spout, a fluted top, and a fluted domed cap, along with a curved handle. It also has a cast maker's plate. The pump is included in the listing for its group value.
