Description
This is a mid-19th century milepost located on the north side of Souleton Road in Wem Rural. It is made of painted cast iron and has a triangular section that is hollow at the back, featuring a chamfered top. The left side of the milepost displays the inscription "DRAYTON/12/MILES," while the right side shows "WEM/1/MILE."
