Description

This is a milepost from the early 19th century made of cast iron. It stands approximately 600mm high and has a triangular plan with an inclined head that is slightly enlarged. The left side is inscribed with "SALOP/ 5/MILES" and the right side reads "DRAYTON/14/MILES".
