Description

This is an unidentified pedestal tomb located approximately 15 meters south of the south transept of the Church of St Mary and St Andrew. It dates from around 1830 and has a square section. The tomb features a moulded plinth and capping, with an egg-shaped urn on top. The urn is decorated with a carved band and leaf ornament, which sits on a cavetto-moulded plinth. The inscription panels were indecipherable during the re-survey in 1985.
