Description

This milestone, dating from the mid-18th century, is located approximately 60 metres to the west of Harnage House. It is made of grey sandstone and features a segmental top. The inscription reads: "FROM/SALOP/7 MILES". The milestone is set into a low rubble retaining wall, which is not included in this listing. It is one of a pair, with the other milestone situated approximately 100 metres to the north of Harnage Grange.
