Description

Ryton House Farmhouse is a house built in the mid-18th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick and has a plain tiled roof. The building is three storeys high and features three bays. The windows are glazing bar sash windows, with the top floor windows being of reduced proportions and a Venetian window on the ground floor. There is a central recessed entrance that includes a simple fanlight. The house has a dentilled brick eaves cornice, raised verges on kneelers, and two slightly projecting end stacks. A 19th-century addition is located at the rear.
