Description

This is an L-shaped range of farm buildings located approximately 15 meters northeast of Olde Farmhouse. The buildings date from the 17th century and have undergone later alterations. The barn is timber framed, with the eastern section covered in weatherboarding and topped with a slate roof. The cow house to the north features red brick infill on the ground floor, with weatherboarding above and a plain tile roof. The buildings are arranged in an L-shape around the north and east sides of the farmyard of Olde Farmhouse.

The eastern barn has two levels and appears to consist of four framed bays. It has wide double doors leading into the first bay from the north, along with four eaves hatches to the left. There is also one boarded door to the left, a ventilated opening to the left, and two openings to the right. The north cow house also has two levels and seems to consist of five framed bays. Its framing includes two square panels from the cill to the girding beam, with weatherboarding above. It features double doors to the left, a boarded door with a shaped head roughly at the center, scattered ventilated openings, and fixed-light windows on the ground floor, along with gabled eaves dormers to the left of center and to the right. The interior was not accessible during the re-survey in 1985.
