Description
This barn, located approximately 20 metres south-east of The Manor House on Shrewsbury Road, dates back to the 18th century and is currently used as a storage outbuilding. It features a weatherboarded timber frame with stone rubble walls at the gable end and lower levels, along with a brick extension bay. The roof is covered with plain tiles. The barn has a plan consisting of four framed bays and a single extension bay that has a gable facing the street.
On the exterior, the barn is a single storey with a loft. The east gable includes two tiers of three ventilation slits and a boarded loft door. The south front has a boarded door in each bay and garage doors in the extension bay. The interior has not been inspected.
