Description

No. 136 Frankwell is a shop that may have originally been a dwelling, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building has four storeys and features a three-window range. There is an arched entry to a passage on the left and a doorway on the right. The upper windows are 12-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads. The facade is divided into bays by pilasters, with a cornice above the second storey and slimmer pilasters on the third storey. A moulded eaves cornice completes the design.
