Milestone. Circa 1840. Painted cast iron. Triangular plan, raked top, pedestal smaller than top with cavetto corners. Raised edges to inscription panels. Top: "PETERCHURCH/ PARISH". Left side: "To/ PETERCHH / 1/ MILE". Right side.: "TO/ HAY/ 8/ MILES". Founder's name illegible on pedestal.
