Description
The east gateway to the churchyard of the Church of Holy Rood, along with approximately 50 meters of wall extending to the north, forms the boundary of the garden to the Old Rectory and The Mews. This structure dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century and is made of sandstone rubble. The gateway features a brick four-centred arch, and there is an additional pedestrian doorway in the wall to the right, which has a two-centred head and a ledged garden door.
