Description
The churchyard cross, located about 7 yards south of the south aisle of the Church of St John the Baptist, is likely from the 14th century and made of sandstone. It features a square base that transitions to an octagonal shape with broach stops. The shaft is approximately three feet tall and tapers upwards, also displaying broach stops at both the bottom and top. The top of the shaft has fittings that remain for the attachment of a sundial.
