Description

This is a churchyard cross located 10 metres southeast of the Church of St John the Baptist. It dates from the 15th century and was restored in the late 19th century. The cross is made of red sandstone ashlar and features a tapering octagonal shaft that transitions to a square shape with stops. It is set into an octagonal socket with flattened broaches on a square base. The cross is topped with a 19th-century cross.
