Description

A villa dating from the mid-19th century, situated in Grafton. The villa is constructed of stucco, with a hipped roof covered in Welsh slate. It features a stuccoed ridge stack in the centre and a stack to the wing on the right. The building is three storeys high, plus a cellar, and has a four-window front. The advanced bay has a central six-over-six sash window, flanked by smaller six-over-six sashes. To the right is another six-over-six sash window. All windows have a moulded sillband and architraves. Above these are four-over-four and three-over-three sash windows, also with plain sillbands. Deep eaves are present. An entrance is positioned on the right side, with a part-glazed panelled door recessed under a semicircular arch; a plain sash window is to the left, beneath joined hood mouldings. The left returned side has a similar bay with plain sashes to the first floor, along with a conservatory. A two-storey wing extends to the right, featuring a six-over-six sash above a plain sash window.
