Description
This building is a barn, now converted into a dwelling, located about 30 yards north-east of The Stone House. It dates from the 18th century and is constructed of sandstone rubble, brick, and timber-frame with brick infill, topped with a tiled roof. The barn has three bays that are aligned east to west. The north elevation facing the road features three rows of regular square panels, with part of the right-hand side underbuilt in rubble. The west gable is made of rubble and brick, while the east elevation has 20th-century casement windows. This building is included for its group value.
