Description

The Pritchard monument is a pedestal tomb located about 30 yards south-south-east of the south porch of the Church of St George. It commemorates Mary Pritchard, who died in 1821. The monument is made of finely cut sandstone and features a deep base, a frieze, a sharply projecting cornice, a steep capping, and a ball-finial. There are oval inscription panels on the tomb.
