SO 33 NE VOWCHURCH -

3/140 Poston Court Farmhouse and gate piers -

GV II

Farmhouse. Probably C18. Finely coursed rubble to principal elevations, brick to rear, slate hipped roofs with U-plan ridges. Roughly rectangular in plan, main aspect to south-west. Two storeys. 2 x 4 windows, 16-pane sashes, flat arches with keystones. Entrance to south-east return, ledged door. Said to have stop-chamfered beams inside (access refused). Square gate piers with ball-finials aligned with entrance.
