St Paul's Primary School is a school building dating from around 1860. It is constructed of coursed dressed stone with ashlar detailing and features a slate roof with stone-coped gable parapets topped with iron finials. There is a stone end stack on the left front. The building has an L-shaped plan and is a single storey with a two-window range, showcasing paired lancets with cusped heads and quoined ashlar cases.
To the left, there is a porch with a trefoil arch beneath a slate pentice roof, and a cinquefoil light above. The advanced wing on the right includes two square-headed lights with moulded mullions and cases on the returned side, as well as a paired lancet under a pointed arch at the gable. The rear features a lean-to with a paired lancet and a cinquefoil light on the main gable, along with additional paired lancets.
