Description

This obelisk, located about 270 metres south of Upper Moor Lodge, dates from the early 19th century and is possibly the work of George Phillip Manners of Bath. It features a square plan plinth topped with a plain band and has a small offset at the base leading up to a pyramidal top. There was originally a second obelisk situated about 95 metres to the north-west, but it has since been demolished.
