Description
The Terrett and attached barn is a farmhouse and barn dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate and corrugated iron roof. The house, which is to the west, has two roof bays and features a gable-end stack. It is two storeys high and has two small two-light casement windows under the eaves with rectangular leaded lights. The central entrance is framed by a gabled rubble porch, also with a corrugated iron roof. The barn, located at the east end, has three roof bays and is connected to the house by a straight joint. It includes a central cart entry leading to the threshing floor, with two additional entries for cattle on the right side, although the right-hand opening has been blocked with rubble.
