Description

Dulais is a house built in the mid-18th century, with early 19th-century additions. It features coursed rubble construction and a slate roof with gable-end stacks. The building has three storeys, with three sash windows of 12 panes on the second floor and 16 panes on the first floor, both having wedge lintels. The ground floor includes a square bay that spans the entire front with a flat roof, a central entrance topped with a pediment, and is flanked by four sash windows with tripartite glazing. The second floor and the bay are early 19th-century additions.
