Description

This barn, located approximately 30 meters north-east of Kilpeck Court Farmhouse, is possibly from the 17th century, with later alterations from the 18th and early 19th centuries. It features a timber frame with some rebuilding in sandstone rubble and is clad in weatherboard. The roof is covered with double Roman tiles. The barn has five bays oriented north-west to south-east, with a central threshing floor and later additions on both sides. On the north-east side, there is one square-headed opening below the eaves to the right of the entrance, as well as a square-headed opening at ground level. The north-west gable end has two square-headed openings. This barn is included for its group value.
