Description

This is an early 18th-century house with alterations from the early 19th century, and restoration in the late 20th century. The house is constructed of painted brick with some ashlar dressings, set upon a plinth of coursed rubble, and topped with a hipped slate roof. A central chimney stack is visible. The north front has two storeys and a brick band, with ashlar quoins marking the ground floor corners. It contains three windows, all timber cross-windows. The ground floor features a 19th-century timber cross-window to the left and a canted bay window to the right. The central entrance is framed by a 19th-century pilastered wooden doorcase, which has an overlight and a panelled door.
