Description
The terrace to the north of Lloyds Bank consists of three houses, which are now two houses and a shop. It dates back to the 15th century, with some alterations made in the mid-19th century and mid-20th century. The structure is timber-framed with rendered and painted brick infill, topped with a tile roof. It features three framed bays that are aligned north to south. At the rear, there is a main chimney stack with a brick shaft.
The west front is two storeys high and jettied, showcasing four windows that are primarily two-light casements, except for the window to the right of the centre, which has three lights. The ground floor includes a shop front on the right, featuring two plate glass windows beside a glazed door. To the left, there are four two-light casements. The entrance at the left-hand corner has a four-panel door, while the centre entrance has a half-glazed door. The framing consists of two square panels high on each floor, with curved angle braces. The jetty is supported by curved brackets that rise from pilasters, and the ground floor wall-plate is moulded.
