Description
This building is a barn with an adjoining granary, located approximately 30 meters north-east of Nash Farmhouse. It dates from the late 17th century to early 18th century. The structure is timber-framed, featuring a combination of brick, woven cleft oak infill, and weatherboard cladding, with a sandstone plinth and slate roofs. The barn consists of four framed bays arranged north to south, while the two-bay granary is aligned east to west and is attached at the northern end. There are additional structures to the south and west, and a threshing floor is located in the second bay from the north. The framing includes four square panels high with V-struts in the gable. Inside, there are collar and tie-beam trusses with inclined struts.
