Description
Tump Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone minor alterations in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed sandstone rubble and features a hipped slate roof. The building has a single depth plan with a central entrance and a rear projecting stair turret, along with end stacks. It stands two storeys high, with a cellar and an attic. The main elevation includes three gabled dormers with glazing bar sash windows, and three similar windows with cambered heads on the first floor. There are steps leading up to the entrance, which is adorned with a coved canopy and a partly glazed door. Additionally, there are traces of stone mullioned windows on the cellar side, flanking the steps to the entrance. The interior has not been inspected.
