Description

Huntington Court Farm is a farmhouse that has been converted into two cottages. It dates from the 18th century and early 19th century, with a core that originates from the 17th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof, with a brick ridge stack and a stone stack with a brick flue at the rear. The plan is L-shaped, with No. 4 forming part of the wing to the west.

The east front of No. 3 is two storeys high and has a four-window range with 19th-century casements, including a central blocked opening. There is a central entrance with a 20th-century plank door set in a simple porch, flanked by 19th-century casements and another blocked opening. The left side of the building is roughcast and shows a steep rear pitch with a gable to the stack. The right side features 19th-century casements and an entrance to No. 4, which has a 20th-century door under a simple porch. The rear wing is made of English bond brickwork and has various 19th and 20th-century casements, a 19th-century hoist door, and an entrance door with an overlight, along with two 20th-century garage entrances. The west gable has steps leading to a plank door that accesses the granary.

Inside, there is evidence of 17th-century box framing with exposed cross frames in No. 3 and bridging beams in No. 4. The staircase features a moulded handrail and splat balusters.
