Brick to ground floor; timber-frame and plaster; slate roof with gable to street, raised C17/C18; brick lateral stack. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range: C19 6/6 sashes; posts with cusped jowls, to cambered tie-beam; 3/3 sash to gable. C20 shop front with door to right, recessed between posts with chamfered brackets to deep jetty with exposed soffits. INTERIOR not inspected.
