Description
Llancillo Hall is a farmhouse that possibly dates back to the early 16th century, with significant alterations made in the late 17th century and further changes in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and features a Welsh slate roof. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the main range oriented north-east to south-west and facing south-east, while a rear wing extends to the north-west at the north-east end. The entrance is located toward the center of the south-east front, to the right of the main axial stack and gable-end stacks. The farmhouse is two storeys high and the south-east front includes four windows: glazing-bar sash windows on the left and 3-light casements on the right, along with a doorway that has an overlight and a ledged door. Inside, there is a well-crafted moulded cross-beamed ceiling in the room to the left of the axial stack.
