1/35 House approximately 85 m north-west of Carter's Croft

GV II

House, sub-divided into two tenements. C18. Sandstone rubble partly rendered to entrance front; stone slate roof. Rectangular range aligned north-west/south-east, facing south-west with two entrances, large axial stack and gable-end stack to south-east. Single storey and attic, one gable with 2-light casement window and a gabled dormer with a window open- ing to left of the stack; one multi-paned C19 metal window to left of ledged door, similar window to centre and to right of second doorway with gabled porch and ledged door.
