Description
This stable, located about 30 yards south-west of Cothill Farmhouse, dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed from thin coursed rubble and has a stone slate roof. The north gable features an entry with a ledged door on the right side and a window on the left, along with a loft doorway above. The building is two storeys high and has two doors and one irregular loft entry on the east side. It is noted for being part of a remarkably complete and unaltered mid-19th century farm group.
