Description

This is a 17th-century house located on Etnam Street in Leominster. It is constructed of timber frame with plaster infill, rendered, and has a plain tile roof with two ridge lines and brick stacks—a ridge stack and a blue brick end stack. The two--storey, three-window front features 20th-century two-light casement windows, and a 19th-century fixed light within a moulded frame on the right-hand side. The central entrance has a part-glazed three-panel door with a simple overlight. Other windows are 1-, 2-, and 3-light casements. An outshut is located to the right. A timber-frame and brick wing is attached to the left, containing a fixed light window. The left returned side reveals rubble masonry at ground floor level. The interior has not been inspected. The house is of group value.
