Description

This is a group of two pedestal tombs located approximately 20 meters south-west of the Church of St Andrew. They date from the early 19th century and are made of sandstone ashlar with a square plan. Each tomb features a moulded plinth and capping; one has a pyramidal capping and a plain fielded inscription panel that commemorates members of the Ravenhill family. The other tomb includes an oval inscription panel adorned with floral motifs in the spandrels and a band of reeding below the capping.
