Description

This barn, located approximately 18 meters north-east of Whitehall Farmhouse, dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame with woven infill and is clad in weatherboarding, sitting on a sandstone plinth. The roof is made of corrugated iron. The barn consists of five framed bays arranged in a north-south direction, with a central threshing floor. The structure includes collar and tie-beam trusses, which are supported by two struts at the collar.
