Service wing, bakehouse, cartshed and stable with adjoining water pump. Mid and late C19. Brick and timber with hipped and gabled slate roofs. Ashlar plinth and dressings. Parapet. Single large side wall stack. Single storey. 18 bays wide by 10 bays deep. L-plan. Most openings have segmental heads. Service wing has to south west, 3 doors. To north west, central door. To north east, 4 barred windows. Bakehouse has to north east, 4 round headed recesses containing 3 C20 casements. To right, courtyard containing lead pump with timber case, cranked handle and spout with brass tap. Large octagonal ashlar bowl on plinth. Cartsheds to north east have to left, 2 casements. To right, 6 open bays with timber posts. To right again, stables, 7 bays, with brick coped walls to exercise yards, and openings with elliptical heads. In return angle, to right, slatted casement flanked by single doors with elliptical heads. Included for group value only.
