Description
This is a house located at 11 College Street in East Bridgford, built in the early 19th century. The structure is made of brick and stucco, featuring ashlar dressings and a pantile roof. It has deep eaves and includes two gable stacks and one ridge stack. The house has three storeys and three bays, arranged in an L-plan.
The south front showcases a central moulded ashlar doorcase with a hood and a part-glazed door that has a reeded surround and paterae. On either side of the door are single glazing bar sash windows with segmental heads. Above the door, there are three similar sash windows, and above those, three smaller sash windows with flat heads, with the central one being a dummy.
At the rear, there is a wing that has one and two storeys. To the east of this wing, there is a door, and to its right, two casement windows and a close boarded door. Above, there is a large casement window.
