Description

The water pump and trough at Old Manor House, located on College Street in East Bridgford, were built in 1849. The pump features a tall softwood case topped with a flat cap and supported by two iron struts. It has a lead pump with a plain cranked handle. The cistern is inscribed with "LWM 1849". Accompanying the pump is a small stone trough that has a rounded end.
