Description
St Margaret's is a house built in the late 18th century and raised in the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with a rendered left gable, stone dressings, and a pantile roof. The building features dentilled eaves, splayed lintels, and two gable stacks. At the rear, there is a full-width two-storey lean-to. The front has a central blank space flanked by single plain sash windows. Above this, there are three smaller glazing bar sashes. The central entrance has a 20th-century panelled doorcase with a pediment and a fielded six-panel door, also flanked by single plain sashes. To the right of the entrance, there is a panelled entry door with an overlight. Surrounding the property is a renewed dwarf brick boundary wall topped with mid-19th century cast iron railings and a gate.
