Description
Holdyke Cottage is a late 18th-century cottage that was formerly two cottages. It has a rendered exterior and plain tile roofs, featuring three rendered gable stacks. The building has a raised eaves band on the right side, which consists of three bays, while the three bays on the left are slightly lower. The cottage is two storeys high and has a total of six bays. There is a rendered and tiled closed lean-to porch with a partially glazed door. To the right, there is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash window, and to the left, there are four similar sash windows, all of which are set under segmental arches. Above these, there are four additional similar sash windows, with the ones on the right being slightly larger.
